We love baseball, too.

It was a serious hit parade in the major leagues yesterday, and many of our favorite teams were involved. Carlos Peña had 6 hits in the Tigers 17-7 pounding of the Royals, Derek Jeter and Hideki Matsui had 3-hit nights in the Yankees 18-5 rout of the Orioles, and Jason Varitek and the Red Sox were on the short end of a 15-2 laugher at the hand of the A's.
Tigers 17, Royals 7
Yankees 18, Orioles 5
A's 15, Red Sox 2

Try as you might Paulie, you can never compare your Tigers to my Yanks.
You'll notice, Steve, that the Carlos Peña picture is larger than the Jeter pic, and it's on top. I'll never stop trying to prop up those Tigers, man.
But as always, which team / picture is out front?
Yeah, I know the Yanks are a half game back but it's just the Boston tease. Every Yankee fan knows when autumn comes and the leaves fall, so does Boston. And it's usually to the interlocking NY.
